	Water Industries Act 1991 This states that no items should be flushed that could cause a blockage within a sewer or a drain. Workplace Health & Safety The 1992 Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) regulations specifies that a suitable means for the disposal of sanitary dressings should be provided.
